General Terms and Conditions

1. Payment Terms:


Payment for training services is expected within 28 days of the course's completion date. Certification and course materials will not be released until full payment is received.


2. Cancellations:


Any cancellations made within 2 working weeks of the course start date will be invoiced in full.


3. Venue and Equipment:


It is the customer's responsibility to provide adequate and safe space for the training to take place, complying with all relevant laws and regulations.

The customer must ensure the availability of necessary equipment for the training program.

Any damages to equipment provided by Tawny Forklift Training during the training will be the customer's responsibility.


4. Training Hours:


Standard training hours are from 08:30 to 16:30 unless a specific time is agreed upon prior to the course.

Training times are subject to change based on the situation and agreement between Tawny Forklift Training and the customer.


5. Health and Safety:


Health and safety inductions will be carried out for the benefit of instructors and participants.

All candidates must be fully aware of their company's health and safety policies and adhere to them during the training.


6. Certification and Course Materials:


Certification and course materials will be provided upon successful completion of the training program and receipt of full payment.


7. Liability:


Tawny Forklift Training will not be liable for any loss, injury, or damage to persons or property arising from the training sessions unless such liability is legally imposed.


8. Confidentiality:


All course materials and information provided during the training are confidential and should not be disclosed to third parties without prior consent from Tawny Forklift Training.


9. Amendments:


Any amendments to the agreed-upon training schedule or terms and conditions must be made in writing and agreed upon by both parties.


10. Governing Law:


These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
