I invested in my own professional development, self-funding the acquisition of qualifications to become a certified lift truck training instructor under the esteemed RTITB certification. Even amidst the challenging times brought about by the COVID-19 pandemic, I persevered, working as an independent contractor, and later, with an accredited training institution headquartered in Leicestershire.

Having garnered invaluable insights and expertise in the field, I ultimately made the decision to embark on a new journey, re-establishing myself as an independent entity and founding my own training company. Based from my home in Burton-Upon-Trent, I bring my training services directly to your doorstep, eliminating the need for a brick-and-mortar establishment and the associated overhead costs. The name took shape during one of my training sessions when a trainee voiced his concern about the heightened level of vigilance I expected from him.
