The safety and well-being of my training candidates are my utmost priority. This policy outlines my commitment to maintaining high standards of health and safety, compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and continuous improvement of safety practices.

2. Responsibilities

Sole Trader (Myself): I am responsible for providing a safe training environment, ensuring that training equipment is well-maintained, conducting thorough risk assessments, and delivering comprehensive training on safe operating procedures and emergency protocols.
Training Candidates: Training candidates are expected to follow safety instructions, report concerns promptly, and actively participate in training exercises and drills.

3. Risk Assessment and Control

I will conduct dynamic risk assessments to identify potential hazards related to forklift and MHE training activities. Appropriate control measures will be implemented to eliminate or minimize these risks.
